At TEMEIM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns & Refunds

We accept return or replacement requests within 7 days of delivery in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product arrived damaged or broken.
  • The product is missing or defective.
  • The product received is different from what was ordered.

Due to the nature of perfumes and personal-use products, returns are not accepted if the perfume has been opened, sprayed, used, or the seal has been removed, unless the product was received damaged or defective.

2. Unboxing Video Requirement

For claims related to damaged, broken, missing, or incorrect products, a clear continuous unboxing video is required.

The video should:

  • Clearly show the package before opening.
  • Show the shipping label/order details.
  • Record the package being opened without cuts or edits.
  • Clearly show the product and any damage or issue.

Without a valid unboxing video, TEMEIM may not be able to approve a replacement or refund for damage, missing items, or incorrect products.

3. Refund Process

Once your request is received, our team will review the details and may ask for photos, videos, or additional information.

If your request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. The time taken for the refund to reflect may depend on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Perfumes that have been opened or used.
  • Products with the seal removed.
  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling.
  • Returns requested after the 7-day return period.
  • Products without their original packaging, where applicable.

5. How to Request a Return or Refund

To request a return, replacement, or refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for the request
  • Clear photos/videos of the product
  • Unboxing video, where applicable
